Waco Baptist Church, a congregation in Waco Georgia, offers members and guests a chance to become part of something greater. We strive for every person to grow in their love of God and for one another within our beautiful community of believers. We have a place for all ages including babies (nursery), children, youth, and adults.
We are rooted in the words of the Bible and believe worship is something that can be expressed in everything we do. Our philosophy is founded on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ (the Gospel). Our vision is to see lives transformed by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to be compassionate and "to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God" Colossians1:10. Through service, worship and missions, we strive to bring honor and glory to our God and to draw Him closer to our hearts and closer to the hearts of those around us. As a fellowship of believers, we have the honor of proclaiming the glory of Christ to one another in a loving and caring setting. With God's provision and direction, our calling is to fulfill the Great Commission by taking the Gospel to our local communities, our region, our country, and around the world.
